My Dentist@Middlefield now accepts patients with the Canadian Dental Care Plan. The Plan will help cover some of the cost of various oral health care services for eligible Canadian residents.

The Plan is great for preventative care & also can cover other restorative services. As it is income-based, benefits will vary depending on the individual or family. No matter what your benefits are, know that we will work hard to maximize it so that any copay is as low as possible.
